QBANK’s AGM was held online on Tuesday 18 November 2025. To those members who joined the meeting, thank you for taking an interest in QBANK’s Governance.
In addition to other matters discussed at the AGM, the Company Secretary confirmed that Mr Paul Wilson and Mr Ray Brownhill were duly re-appointed as Directors of QBANK, with terms of office commencing at the end of the meeting.
